PRODUCT RETURN, EXCHANGE AND COMPLAINT

Purchased goods are refundable/exchangeable up to 14 days after receipt of shipment. Returned or exchanged goods should be complete, must have the tags and hang tags they came with, and must not bear signs of use. We do not accept returns of goods produced on individual order with customer personalization.

The refund for the returned product will be made within 14 calendar days after the store receives the complete shipment with the goods bearing no signs of use. Refund will be made by wire transfer to the account indicated by the customer on the exchange/return form

The fee for return shipping on the territory of Poland is:
PLN 12.50 InPost parcel machines, PLN 14.50 InPost courier. Outside Poland PLN 27,00 Polish Post

Before making the exchange, please pay the return shipping to our mBank account: 94 1140 2004 0000 3102 8097 0568, in the title write the number of the order to be exchanged and email the transfer confirmation.

ADVERTISEMENTS:

The customer has the right to file a complaint if the following is found in the delivered goods: manufacturing defects or non-conformity of the goods with the goods contained in the order.

Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt by the store of the shipment with the claimed goods. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another, full-quality one, and if this is no longer possible (for example, because the goods are out of stock), the store will return to the customer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer him other goods available in the store to choose from
