Every day we keep our fingers firmly crossed for you and your sporting activities, so that you and your equipment always come back in one piece, but….
However, if it so happens that up to 2 years after purchase, you damage our garment during a fall and its repair is not possible, a new one of the same kind can be purchased at a 40% discount under Runo Crash Replacement.
FLEECE CRASH REPLECAMENT PROCEDURE:
Send photos of the damaged garment, together we will determine whether its repair is possible. Download the return statement form:
Send the form and photos of the damaged garment to kontakt@runo.design .
In the title write “Runo Crash Replacement order number “.
Pack the goods, the completed form and the proof of purchase.
Upon receipt, we will give you a discount code entitling you to purchase the same product at a 40% discount.
